The similarities between this film and The Running Man which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger are striking; a framed, disgraced, military hero is taken from prison and placed in a 'game' which pits him against a crew of killers. The hero manages to escape from the game, obtain digital proof of his innocence, and broadcast it, thus clearing his name.

Turkey Shoot was a much lower budget movie and it shows. I liked it anyway though.
