It sounds like whatever they do after Avengers 4 will probably take the form of something different from what we've seen from Marvel, that's all.

There will be more, but I think they're just invested in ending these character's stories.

This I could actually see. Every MCU hero vs every MCU villain would be a great finale for Phase 4. If Marvel announces a Fantastic 4 movie for the next phase, I'm gonna definitely say a Secret Wars movie is on the way.

All the films up to Infinity War will be called the Infinity Saga. The next films will be phase one of whatever Saga comes afterwards.

The headline is being sensationalist and drawing unfunded conclusions (I know - who'd have thought that of an online "news" site dependent on clicks?)
As A to Z says we've had Inifinity Saga Phase 1-3, and we'll be rolling into something like the Cosmic Saga Phase 1 (or Eternal Saga, or Celestial Saga, etc...)
