Surprising pretty good (for a Saw movie)/ Rank the series

Iām a huge fan of the Saw franchise, and I own all of them and seen them many times. I enjoy all the movies, but I do prefer some to others. I think the Saw franchise is unique in that everybody has entirely different ranking of the films. Mine goes as follows: 1,2,3,4,6,8,5,7. How would you rank the series?

I've actually only seen the first one before this. I thought it was pretty good, but I didn't love it. I overall liked Jigsaw. I thought the time shift twist was good. I may go back now and watch the other movies.

I've only watched the original trilogy. I remember trying to watch part 4 and I couldn't get into it at all.

Jigsaw wasn't bad but it could have been better. I only liked it slightly more than Saw 3D.
