Discuss Suicide Squad

I've tried to watch this movie 3 times, and I'm exhausted by the time they finish introducing all the characters.

They spend 40 minutes introducing you to the squad, and after all that, I still didn't have a reason to care about them. Even Margot Robbie, who I like was just annoying here.

Everyone I talk to raves "I love suicide squad! it made me feel like i was 12 years old again!"

But when I ask them "Why was it a good movie? Why did you like it?" I get blank stares.

This was not a good movie.

So last night I watched Captain America Civil War and Suicide Squad with the Mrs...both for the first time and after finishing Suicide Squad it was so disappointing how much better Civil War was than it. DC needs to really get it together, you have Batman AND Superman for gods sake.

It sucked

Margot Robbie has an amazing body?

That's, actually, a good point.

It wasnt a good movie. You can tell it was cut up to hell and they seemed to make two movies that they than smashed together. It seemed like the director wanted to tell a different story, but the studio said no. If you arent a fan I suggest you pass. If you are a fan, dont get your hopes up.

Right, but we need to get back to Margot Robbie, and her body.

Let's not make this about trivial matters.

The whole movie was an advertisement for Margot Robbie's ass.

It was nice.

The movie sucked.

I was entertained in bits but overall it was definitely the most disappointing film of the year. Just about every character was miscast. I can't really see any Harley Quinn or Deadshot spinoffs being made with this cast.

I dont know but I really enjoyed the movie. The ending is not the best but i liked these cast of misfits. The comedy was desperately needed. The soundtrack was great too. Its all about preference.

I like this movie but don't love. Enchantress is by far my favorite character here

if WB had just made a live action version of the animated movie - i think it's called Batman: Assault on Arkham - they would have had a critical and commercial success on their hands.

The movie would be bad if it wasn't for Margot. She, with her legs and her sympathy, alone supports the film.

It is the character who is like that. Norman Bates wasn't that nice either .... :-D

It's a good movie because it was aimed at the right audience (teens). The new one is aimed at 8 year olds.
