I thought Sooke and Hideko were the same person for several reasons
Reason 1) In Part 1, Hideko shows Sooke a picture of her mom in that small copper-colored photo-frame. At the end of Part 1, the camera makes it appear that the woman in the picture is Sooke.
What's up with that? Are we supposed to think that Sooke was the woman in the photograph? Was this a deliberate red herring to confuse us?
