I finally got around to seeing it. It's pretty good but definitely overrated. As far as the action goes it is the weakest of all these MCU films. Where the movie excels is in the story and I find Boseman to be overall likeable as T'Challa. A lot of people are hating on Michael Jordan but I thought he was alright. I think he was talking like that to let the viewer know that even though he is Wakandan he did grow up in the mean streets of Oakland. People who are raised in an African country will understandably have a lot of cultural differences to someone raised in a rough neighborhood in Oakland, California. He was also a former special OPS soldier that knew war. The weaker acting for me came from Freeman, Whittaker, Bassat, and the guy from get out. It seemed they were all there for a nice paycheck from Disney and just phoning it in. I wouldn't put this in my top 5 MCU films but maybe somewhere between 6-10. For me it's about as good as the first Cap, Ant Man, and Thor film. Definitely a lot better than Iron Man 2, 3, Incredible Hulk, and Thor 2.

Lets not forget the ghostbusters remake. How amazing that was right? Or the new Star Wars. Scores and ratings dont mean anything anymore.
