Discuss Thor: Ragnarok

Is it me or has Loki become a joke, punching bag , and no longer much of a threat. He was getting his butt kicked by almost everyone. And the icing on the cake was Dr Strange just toying with him.

He went from a threat to taking over Earth(Avengers) to Making plays on Asgard.

Well I was saying in an earlier post that Loki had become tiresome and needed to go.

I wonder if he killed all the Asgardians on the ship, as seen in the A:IW trailer.

Was never really much of a villain so much as a tortured soul, in my estimation anyway. Regarding Lok "getting his butt kicked"; Ragnarok has been the only installation within the Thor franchise in which Loki demonstrated his talents as a warrior as well as a trickster, both during his fisticuffs with Valkyrie and especially during the final clash with Hella's henchmen.

Yeah Loki is not pure evil, he just has some issues. Mainly family and the need to prove himself. As for the fighting he showcased his skills against shield in Avengers 1. Toyed with Cap. Defeated frost giants, took out 7 or so monsters in Thor 2 with ease, Held his own against thor. Hes not a powerfighter but has great skill and magic tactics to defeat foes. Wish they just stop making him a easy W

I suspect Marvel may have slightly overstated Strange's abilities in this film in order to 1.) show that he's no joke, and 2.) demonstrate how his power has increased since the solo film.

yep getting whooped by the drunk chick, not cool.
