None of the comedy you'd expect from Chevy Chase and none of the darkness you'd expect from John Carpenter.
This could've been a comedy horror classic but instead it's... meh.

Haha, I just watched it out of curiosity and being a Sam Neill fan. It was ok, strange take on the HG Wells story but easy afternoon watch I guess.
