I see another user has fixed this https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/26278-quatermass-2/changes?filter_key=key&filter=original_title so I'm going to close this report as its gone ignored for almost 6 months. If a moderator does see this its worth locking the title so this title does not keep changing.
