Winans needs to make more films

This is one of my all time favourites, but the guy has hardly a portfolio. I'm wondering why someone who is obviously so talented to make a film like this on what must have been a miniscule budget is not more prolific.

Sorry for agreeing 2 years later but YES! Spin, Uncle Jack, Ink, and The Frame are about all I can find. They keep pumping money into JJ Abrams and Michael Bay (old lens flair and explody pants) instead of giving someone with serious talent a budget.
I hear the news rattle off a million reasons why the movie industry is failing, $30 movie tickets and ignoring a guy that can make a great film with no resources never seems to come up.
