Rotten Tomatoes is unfortunately not a good source.
As far as I can tell Belle Époque is the title used in old newspapers (LA Times, NY Times, Variety ) and the main title in the US artwork (posters, trailers, etc.).
And the É in "Belle Époque" is usually capitalized in both French and Spanish.
