I haven't seen it all the way through, so, don't know.... mostly watched it for the babes .

Guess it really was the Apocalypse laughing

I don't remember exactly, but was it really millions of confirmed deaths? as far as i remember the nukes went off in the sky, and at the end he was just "powering up", he didn't went through with his plan.

Looked like the entire city of Cairo was destroyed and all the deaths from all the destruction along the coast lines.

I loved how Xavier was all okay with Magneto after he caused the deaths of millions of people.

Worst X-Men movie ever.

I think best move of superherroes of all time is jurrasic parks. Jaws is scary big shark go yump yump on people legs.

^ This.

I don't even seem to recall them showing any of the people buying the farm either...a very sanitized way to go with this subject matter. They could've at least alluded to it more.

This is Bryan Singer's worst venture with the X-Men franchise.

The nukes didn't go off -- the Egyptian guy sent them out into space.

At least a million people in Cairo alone.

Maybe the moviemakers didn't care because Cairo is a Muslim city, and they thought the movie audience had been programmed to hate Muslims.

Maybe the reason people don't complain about civilian death with this movie. Is because you don't see any. The City looks abandoned through the whole fight. You don't even see one dead body. Also i don't think this is the worst X-man movie. That Still goes to X-men 3 the Last Stand. "I'm the Juggernaut B1tch"

Either that or they just thought the middle east is a backward hellhole were gay people can be executed for being gay and women can be stoned to death for adultery. So who gives a crap if it gets banged up a bit.

This. And the second worst film is X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Never mind the weak plot and stale characters; What they did to Deadpool was unforgivable.

Avengers infinity war is the winner.

Agree, both terrible.

With Apocalypse, following up from DofP (IMO the best xmen film) was always going to be tough. This is OK, but they overdid a lot of things - the Quicksilver rescue scene was one of those things. And what was with Magneto constantly changing sides, what made him realise at the end that he "betrayed" the xmen??
