Extra Details: Again drop the word THE and it is no longer an EN to EN translation title?
My point (not mention the DE exceptions) why is it the only place we enforce the TRANSLATED title EN to EN rule is in the ENGLISH translation?
Since we often allow translated title to mean actual, can we not do it always?

Is this a discussion topic, then it should be posted in one of the sections above. If it's not, what exactly is wrong and with what translation? You know our point of view on this topic since before.
