"Don" (Ben Alexander) joins the French Foreign Legion where he is teamed up with his brother "Bob" (Ralph Forbes) whom he hasn't seen for many years. They go for a drink where the newcomer falls for local singer "Nina" (Hala Linda) but she has her eye on his unwitting sibling. In any case, "Bob" warns his brother that she is the girlfriend of their "Sgt. Garcia" (George Regas) and so he should leave well alone. Undeterred, he presses his suit and when the sergeant finds out, "Don" is chucked into the brig.
