Could you please change the dash in the de-DE name from "–" to "-" (minus) ?

Thank you! ... and what are the requirements for getting moderator power to fix such "issues" myself ? I don't like to bother others for such fixes.

Fixed! There is no need to be concerned about bothering us, that's what the report buttons are for.
We usually promote contributors who have been active for a while, consistently make good edits and reports, have a good attitude and respond well to directions.
