Why were the Red Feathers so mean to the other troops? When I was a girl scout, we all loved and respected each other regardless of what troops we were in. The Red Feathers were just nasty especially to Troop Beverly Hills.

Velda's daughter was in the troop, and she HATED Troop Beverly Hills, so she probably told the troop girls mean things about Beverly Hills, but Velda's daughter isn't entirely to blame here. She was just used as a pawn pretty much.
