This title remains unfound.

This isn't a problem with TMDb. The title is correct, and it's found when you search for "L.A. Story" using the API.

There does seem to be an issue with this Title. Serviio also doesnt find it, and to use the API it has to be in quotes "....." unlike others. If I use the alternative Title Однажды в Лос Анджелесе, then it finds it ok, but clearly the language is not ideal for me.
How can it be fixed?

This has been fixed, but you may not see the improvement on the API until the cache has been cleared (up to 24 hours).
