II have re-added the 1972 release date for the US. Please don't delete good data. I did the same for Oliver Twist.
The release date will always be 1953 since that is the first theatrical release for this movie. Not sure why you got the idea that the 1972 date was the only date for this movie. Was it because that is the visible date to the left for US users here on site? Anyhow, shouldn't be a problem.
