I'm sure the wokes would just have a friggin' heart attack with this movie but I still laugh my ass off at that scene. Also the scene where he tries to say good morning to the old bat and she retorts with, "Up yours, n-word!" . 
Blazing Saddles (1974) - 8 outta 10 stars
What did you expect? "Welcome sonny. Make yourself at home. Marry my daughter. " You gotta remember that these are simple farmers. These are people of the land. The common clay of the new West. You know... morons.

Most "wokes" I know enjoy this movie considerably. It is only the evil or ignorant people that use racial slurs. So basically the politically incorrect people are the ones who are the butt of most of jokes.

Well, that is pretty much in line with the film. All the characters that use the slurs are the ones that get clowned on. The black guy comes into town and runs circles around them intellectually.
