The worst film of the 21st century (so far)?

So, I picked this up real cheap on DVD recently and apparently Wikipedia states that it's "considered to be one of the worst films ever made in cinema history"!! Has anyone seen it? I'll watch it as I really like the FAST & FURIOUS franchise but that bit of hyperbol has ruined my expectations.
