"Welcome" or "Fuck"...?

I swear to god, even with subtitles and in the multiple interviews - including Robert Englund himself saying he ad-libbed the line "Welcome to prime time, bi##h" I can't get past it sounding like he says "F##k the prime time..."
Now, I know it doesn't make much sense him saying that, but since having it on VHS in the pre-subs 80s and that if he does say "Welcome" he somehow makes it monosyllabic word... Even his mouth moves as if to say "F##k" rather than "Welcome"... It has just stuck with me that he says "F##k the prime time, bi##h!"...

I happened to just watch this a couple of days ago (got the whole series on Blu Ray from Amazon). Sounded like Welcome to, I thought.

I just got the br yesterday and it was watching the special features that brought it to me... I mean, I know I'm wrong, but it's like that whole 'Jaws girlfriend in Moonraker with braces' thing for me...
