When making lists of best TV shows it's hard to rate Dramas and Comedies in the same list. There are different considerations and system of evaluation what can be considered the "best" in these genres. Although quality of writing and characters depth is still important in any genre, the laughs and comedy is evaluated differently. So it's better so separate them to prevent complications. I did try to include some classic shows as well, but I didn't include popular shows that feel too outdated and not very relevant.
