Mi Yue, a princess from Chu, is sent to Qin as a concubine. She loses her first love and becomes entangled in royal power struggles. After being exiled with her son, she returns during a time of chaos to try to defeat her rival and secure the throne for her child.
In de periode van de Strijdende Staten van het oude China (475–221 vGT) zijn Shin en Hyou oorlogswezen in het koninkrijk Qin. Ze dromen ervan zichzelf ooit te bewijzen op het slagveld.
