Penrod "Penry" Pooch is a mild-mannered janitor who works at a police station. He's always dreamed of becoming a martial artist, but he never once thought that the city would depend on it. So when the crime rate rapidly increases and the police are losing control, Penry takes matters into his own paws by creating an alter-ego for himself known as Hong Kong Phooey. Using his copy of The Hong Kong Book of Kung-Fu, his own vehicle dubbed the Phooeymobile, and unknown assistance from his only ally Spot, he occasionally fights crime hoping to make a difference. But when he learns of a scheme that could put everyone in town at risk, he'll have to prove just how good he can be.

Originally created as an installation for the third Shenzhen Independent Animation Biennale this film is a gripping diary and travelogue of a trip the filmmaker made through India. She tries to grasp India’s love and thoughts, the sentiments and everyday conditions and the experience of disease and death.

O' Faby

Shimajirō to Fufu no Daibōken: Sukue! Nanairo no Hana (しまじろうと フフの だいぼうけん ~すくえ!七色の花~?, Shimajirō and Fufu's Great Adventure: Save the Seven-Colored Flower!) is a 2013 Japanese children's live action/anime film. It's the first film to feature the character Shimajirō. The film is directed by Isamu Hirabayashi and was release on March 15, 2013.

On the eve of its demolition, Berta visits the old theater where her grandmother used to work. She finds out that it's not completely abandoned - Mortando Malone and Big Blue Cat, her old imaginary friends, are there to help her solve an impossible case: recapture her capacity to dream.

A documentary on the making of the Japanese animated science fiction film, Akira, created by Katsuhiro Otomo from his popular graphic novel series of the same title; shows Japanese animators at work and discusses their state-of-the-art animation techniques.

The movie takes place entirely in and around the Mini Moni Cafè. The Mini Moni Cafè is run by the first generation members of Mini Moni, who are lead by Mari Yaguchi. Mika Todd is the primary baker for the cafè and Ai Kago and Nozomi Tsuji are bumbling waitresses. One day Kago and Tsuji serve a particularly enthusiastic customer (played by Ai Takahashi) who says she has never had such a delicious cake before. When the waitress explain they do not know the secret ingredient that makes the cakes so good, Takahashi decides to sneak into the cafè later find out what it is and steal it.

A Story of Tobacco

May 23, 1926

In front of a girl with the traditional Japanese hairstyle, a small man on a desk says, "women descended from tobacco." The girl laughs at him and traps him under a glass. The angry man puffs on a cigarette in a pipe and blows smoke at the girl. The girl takes the cigarette from the man and puts it under her book. When the man threatens her with a gun, the girl throws the cigarette into the yard. The man becomes really angry and tries to shoot her, but the gun does not fire. In the end, the man starts telling her about the beginning of tobacco. According to the 1926 film censor record, the original one reel version had a total length of 174 meters and lasted 6 min. The second half of the film is missing from the existing version. (

With the help from his little guardian angel, Xuxinha, a 7-year old boy called Guto faces the terrible garbage eating monsters, from the planet XYZ, which is in a galaxy distant from ours.
