Tony Bennett: An American Classic was an Emmy Award-winning television special celebrating the life of musical icon Tony Bennett on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Directed by Rob Marshall (Memoirs of a Geisha, Chicago), it charts Bennett’s career by faithfully re-creating venues from his past, from the downtown Greenwich Village club where he was discovered, to the Columbia recording studios of the early 60's, from rat pack Las Vegas to Carnegie Hall. Bennett is joined for each number by the artists that collaborated with him on his Duets album, with musical performances by Barbra Streisand, John Legend, k.d. lang, Chris Botti, Diana Krall, Juanes, Elton John, Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder and Christina Aguilera.

The series "Primera Fila", this idea of recording style and already tested Unplugged artists like Thalia, Franco de Vita and Miguel Mateos, returns with the successes of the Mexican and some new tracks. This production is published in two volumes, classified as "Day 1" and "Day 2", each on CD and DVD. It was recorded in November 2012 in Los Angeles, California, before hundreds of fans and a team of over 200 people. "En Primera Fila: Day 1" contains classics like "Vuelveme a Querer", "Azul", "No Podras" and "Lloran las Rosas" and duets with haash, Reik and Leonel Garcia. Also highlights the participation of his mother, Veronica Castro, who of course could not miss an event of such magnitude.

The Kylie Show is a one-off television special from Australian artist Kylie Minogue that aired on ITV on 10 November 2007 and was recorded at The London Studios. The show celebrated her 20 years in pop music and acted as promotion for the release of her tenth studio album, X. The show featured the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the Crazy Horse Girls as her backing dancers, flown in from Paris to perform especially for the show. The show also featured memorable sketches: in particular, one in which her ex-boyfriend and former co-star Jason Donovan fails to recognise her; and another where she has a catfight with her sister, Dannii, and winds up punching Simon Cowell in the face. At the conclusion of the program, Minogue turns around in her makeup chair, revealing herself to be Joan Collins.
