Foolish Heart was a Canadian television series, which aired on CBC Television in 1999. The series, a short run dramatic anthology, was produced and written by Ken Finkleman following his earlier series The Newsroom and More Tears.

Although the episodes were linked by character interactions, each of the series' six episodes focused on a different character's family or romantic relationship problems. Finkleman also starred in the series as George Findlay, the same character he had played in The Newsroom and More Tears.

The series won Finkleman a 1999 Gemini Award for Best Direction in a Dramatic Series.

The cast also included Arsinée Khanjian, Sarah Strange, Tom McCamus, Nancy Beatty and Patricia O'Callaghan.

Finkleman's next project for the CBC was the series Foreign Objects.

To Have & to Hold is a short-lived American television series that aired on CBS during the fall of 1998.

The drama series starred Moira Kelly as Annie Cornell, an attorney, and Jason Beghe as her husband, an Irish-American police officer, Sean McGrail. The series depicted the trials and tribulations of their early married life.

The series had an extensive supporting cast, mostly playing various relatives of Sean's. Appearing in the series were Fionnula Flanagan, Mariette Hartley, Alexa Vega and Rutanya Alda.

The series ran for only 13 episodes before being cancelled.

Bobbi & Reggie (Mel's younger brother) were dating, two "commitment-phobes" who were more devoted to each other than either would readily admit.

The 2 couples that spawned the most controversy in media were the tumultious relationship beween rapper DMX and Tashera Simmons plus actor Doug Hutchinson (The Green Mile) and wife and fame-seeker Courtney Stodden (they stood out alot due to Courtney being 17 turning 18 when the show was filmed while Doug was 52).

Some a-list celebs appeared (Too Short, Treach from Naughty By Nature, Jenna Jameson, Scott Stapp from Creed, JoJo from K-Ci and JoJo and Ghostface Killah for instance).

Amos, a 28-year-old baker, still lives with his parents and works in the family business. Noa is the most famous woman in the country and the beautiful daughter of a hotel magnate. Noa and Amos will meet by mistake, but it's a meeting neither will ever forget...

Watching refers to both the acerbic people watching that Brenda does and the bird watching that Malcolm enjoys, much to the disappointment of Brenda.
