Díky záhadné tekutině je možné vytvořit nové zmutované tvory. Zlý Trhač je chce použít proti želvím nidžům. Mladý chlapec Keno rozváží pizzu. Při jedné rozvážce přistihne bandu lupičů, kteří kradou zboží. Jelikož dobře ovládá bojová umění, postaví se neohroženě proti nim, a než se vzpamatuje, má po boku tři želví nindži, s jejichž pomocí lupiče porazí. V téže době se probouzí k životu Trhač, který nindžům přísahá pomstu. Mezitím urychleně pokračuje likvidace odpadu na skládce podniku TGRI; právě tekutina, která odtamtud kdysi unikla, způsobila mutaci želv a krys a stále ještě ohrožuje vše živé. Profesor Jordan Perry už zlikvidoval prakticky všechny láhve, zbývá jen jedna jenomže ta se dostane do rukou Trhače a jeho pěšáků, Trhač navíc zajme i samotného profesora, jehož donutí, aby vytvořil další příšerné zmutované tvory, kteří by mu pomohli nindži zprovodit ze světa..
