The Horta is obviously Force sensitive Sunshine thank god we didn't get a movie 40 years later with a Horta milking a sea cow.I'm actually surprised that on the internet there haven't been images with the images of Luke milking that "cow" with superimposed on Luke's head the words "Disney" and on the "sea cow" the words "The Star Wars franchise"

@Only after the mind meld did Spock find this out...the truth is , when Spock thought Kirk's life was at stake he freaked out ...he even lost for a moment his proverbial self-control ( he has even put logic aside when it concerned the well being of Kirk)...Spock would put his hand in the fire if that meant saving Kirk.
