I think it depends on the TV show/movie/celebrity. Some boards are pretty busy, others not so much.

Another medical drama site that needs CPR is "House M.D.".
I suppose it died when Cuddy and Wilson left.

I think the problem is TMDb acts as a de facto forum for IMDB...but since the two aren't directly connected people barely knows it exists.
