Discuss The Walking Dead

And I think that you all are fools for buying into it. It's the worst match up in the history of tv.

I don't "feel" it either. I do see the friend chemistry but, for me, it isn't strong enough head into romance. Judd Hirsch and Jermaine Fowler have better chemistry in Superior Donuts.

And Danai is really trying hard to convince us otherwise. It's bordering on overacting.

me i'm just jealous hahah - Michonne does look girly cute when she smiles cos of Rick, who can blame her??

but i miss Michonne with the 2 zombie assistants, that was cool

Finally I met someone that liked Michonne in season 3. So many people from the imdb walking dead board complained about her not smilling. As if smiling means you're a good person. The Governor smiled. Negan is always smiling. When was the last time we saw Carol smile? Smiling on the walking dead is so overrated at this point.

It's a horrible, awkward match done to please the SJW crowd. "See folks! We ain't racist!" nauseated_face

It just doesn't work! The actors look completely uncomfortable and unnatural. I hate their "shipping". I realize they are both "Alpha" people but NO, just NO. I love these two characters but not together.

I think it makes perfect sense for Rick and Michonne to get together and I feel they have great chemistry together, especially as highlighted in 7x11, but also in display long before this episode. However 7x11 sure makes it obvious but it was there long before this episode.

I really don't get why it bothers people unless those people have some sort of racist thoughts because I can see no logical explanation against this couple.

For Michonne - I enjoyed watching her to be a cool samurai, love ruins everything lol and most of the time you make poor choices when you are in love. I just hope that doesn't happen.

Love is a beautiful thing! It should enrich your life, not ruin it!

I feel the same way. Lori was alpha female as well. Maybe not as a fighter but the other women looked up to her as a leader. And Sarah and Andrew had much better chemistry even when their characters were at odds with each other, they looked like a real couple.

Well I'm not racist. As a matter of fact, I thought the interracial romance in 28 Days Later was done much better. And not because he saved her. It was because it looked like they were in love.

Rick and Michonne have great chemistry together and I feel the love. It is there. How could you think otherwise? And who cares that is is interracial? If you are thinking that way it shows you are looking at it wrong. It's just two people, a man and a woman, who are in love. It is that simple!

I never brought up the interracial aspect of their relationship! I was responding to the claim that people who don't agree with Richonne are racist. Okay? Now shut up about it.

They have chemistry as friends but not as lovers. It just doesn't work and the writers are forcing it when they ought to have just left it alone and found other characters to be with Rick and Michonne rather than what they're doing now to the characters. I think Andrew and Danai realise this and that's why they still act like buddies on screen that are forced to pretend as if they are in love.

Every other character and their relationships were more believable than Rick and Michonne together. Not even their love scenes are realistic compared to Abe and Rosita, Glenn and Maggie, Shane and Lori, Rick and Lori, The Governor and Andrea or Andrea and Shane.

The problem is that Rick is an ultra alpha male, he doesn't match up with any woman, even Jess, and that is probably why you find it unbelievable.

Like Abraham & Sasha?

That relationship was more unbelievable than Rick & Michonne.
