The Movie Database Support

Hello. Checking the alternative titles I've just realized the names of the countries are not the good ones for ES-ES lenguage. Where is the master table to change them ? I've been searching in tmdb-web-translations but I'm not able to find them. This issue seems so weird. Even when the ES-ES lenguage is selected, the names are shown in catalan. Even when you change the main lenguage to english, or german or whatever in alternative titles page, it doesn´t update and remains as catalan. Very susprsing. Can you have a look on this ?

The interface language is defined by your account's language setting.

The translations for countries in es-ES is here.

Thanks Travis. I've checked and everything seems to be right, but the issue is still there interrobang

If you look at this : https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/22-pirates-of-the-caribbean-the-curse-of-the-black-pearl/releases?language=es-ES

And set the inferface to es-ES.

You will see things as Espanya, Alemanya, Bulgària, Corea del Sud....

This is not spanish and it doesn´t match with the transltions for contries you shared with me.

Please, could you take a look on this?

Let me one more note. This is happening with all the movies, not only for that one.

Hi again. I've made a new discover. When editing alternative titles, the name of the countries are right. When showing, they become wrong.

Does anybody take this bug into consideration ? It's not fixed yet

I haven’t had any time to look at this yet. We’ll see if I get to it this week.

Ok Travis...thank you.

This is still happening, the Country names appear in Catalan instead of Spanish (es-es) https://i.imgur.com/nuBB4sf.png

Thanks for looking into it!

Yes, I can confirm is still happening.

Is there some investigation about it ?
