can not add new tv show?

hi,everyone can anyone help me? https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/new next button click does not respond(the second in the 6-step wizard)，what problem？

Hi, Captain.
If you log out of TMDb, then sign back in, does clicking on "Next" continue to do nothing? I just tried it on my computer and everything performed properly.
Also, does "Next" also not respond for you on the add-movie (rather than t.v.) wizard?

hi,genplant29. I tried it, but it seems to have no effect.in the second step(TV Show Details),I can't click the Next button,it's not respond. the same is true for add movie(Movie Details)
