The Movie Database Support

After having followed through with https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/movies/rate-movie and getting a positive response with status code 1 when attempting to read the status with https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/movies/get-movie-account-states it fails with status code 3.

I have double checked api_key, guest_session_id and movie_id.

According to the page session_id is required. Should this not work with either session_id or guest_session_id?

Or is it just me attempting to get the given rating for a movie in a wrong api call?

Ok... just did a do over with an actual user session and now it works. This should really be looked into or at least be stated that it does not work with guest_session_id. Lost a whole day becuase of this.

Hi @jucedogi,

Indeed, it looks like guest sessions were never hooked up to account states. Since I don't use Lighthouse anymore, I've created the ticket for this on my Trello board here. You can vote for it if you wish. These votes help me prioritise what to work on next.

Cheers.
