how can i add new episode, the last episode is 25. but there is only 24 episode

Hi, Jnime.
Click on the appropriate season, then on Edit, then on Episodes, then on + Add New Episode. Then add the episode details to the page that'll open up.

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/82684/season/1?language=en-US this is the link. when u want to edit for the episodes. there is no option for +add new episodes

I've spotted the reason: It's because the series has been set to, and locked as, "Ended", which thus locks all the episodes in place.
On the following screen you'll see "Ended" indicated as the series status: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/82684?language=en-US
If a moderator sees this thread and agrees that there should be a 25th episode added, they can update things. But we regular users are unable to add episodes to an ended/locked series.

I'm not an expert on anime, so I won't make any changes to this show (be it locked or not), but I would like to point out that any data locked on TMDB was locked by mods for some good reason.
In the case of the Tensei sihatara slime datte kun the official website lists 24 episodes and one special which is already added here as S00E01, so from that point of view there is no need to add 25th episode to it.

Yes, exactly. I locked the first season a little while ago to prevent the creation of an incorrect 25th episode. You can find our anime guidelines in the Bible: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f743289251416e71000037#5b71c6b4c3a3684161000001
An Ended/Cancelled status only disable the 'Add New Season' button (red
). There is a different, manual lock that we can use to lock an individual season (blue 
): https://imgur.com/9JNSZea That one lock all the episode numbers and air date, and disables the 'Add new Episode' button.
