API New Images

Hi Travis!
I have been using the TMDB API for fetching images. Came across the "changes" API. It returns all the ids of movies/tv that have changed. Wanted to know if the posters backdrops for a particular movie or tv show also change after they have been added. Like if there are 10 images for a tv show would anyone of them be deleted in the future and would there be an 11th poster too? Would be great if you clarify it.

All of the edits are tracked, yes. The change endpoints line up to what you can see here.
Here's all of the image edits for example.
Can you clarify your question around the 10 or 11 posters? I am not quite following.

Thanks for your reply, Travis. By mentioning 10 - 11 posters what I intend to ask is whether any new posters or backdrops would be added or removed for a particular movie or tv show in the future. Hope I make sense now

Also, if posters and backdrops are added or removed is there a way to fetch ONLY those movies in the changes API who's posters or backdrops have been updated, like a 'filter' parameter set as 'images' similar to what it's present Here
