Historically, we never supported falling back to other languages with any of the data because this drove more contributors to add and edit the missing data. As the years have gone by, our database has become more complete as well as our user demographic has changed a lot. The website only got some basic language fallbacks in the past year.

Oh, great! What was the reason for not including this feature though? Some weird code architecture problem or data caching difficulty?
