Travis can we get you to add a "Sticky" thread feature. Where a thread can be stuck to the beginning of a forum section?

Also instructions for this site! How to subscribe/unsubscribe to all the emails, stickied threads for the current events like the Oscars thread, rules for posting, a welcome thread for newcomers, etc.

There aren't any immediate plans for this. I'm pretty much off of discussions for the next few weeks. Gotta get back to my day to day. I've created a ticket for this here and will look at it when I have some time. Aside from figuring out some stuff to do moderating, I don't expect to be working on much with discussions for a while (I'm just setting the appropriate expectations.)
