Countries Again

Is there any plans on creating an API call or Config section for currently used countries.
e.g. you have AN, CS and 11 which are non-standard and it would be nice to have a list, since the list isn't quite standards friendly. It is the same with languages too, as there are a couple of extra entries there too.

I've created a ticket for a country list method here. CS is a unique case, I'd have to see the others to know what they are used for. Even the Wikipedia article talks about CS being a special case. They screwed that one up ;)

I've added a few config methods for these:
Obviously there could still be some wonky data found in some places, I suspect now that the lists are documented I'll hear from a few people about a couple changes here and there. I haven't really looked at the actual data (aside from the off user reported error) found in these lists since they were added 10 years ago.
