I would sign it if they agree not to make superhero movies, so sick of them.

They can't say it sucks and blows, now can they?
I only agree with the part about Junkie XL, Hans Zimmer, and congruity. Enough to sign.

What greatness?
Given all the complaints people have about BvS, why in the world would people think that a Zack Snyder pure cut of Justice League is going to be ‘great’ at all? Alarm bells should have rung for WB the moment MOS underperformed and divided the audience. That should have been a signal that maybe they shouldn’t have continued on with Snyder’s vision of creating the DCEU. WB didn’t continue on with Bryan Singer the moment his Superman Returns didn’t do so well, so what possessed them to retain Snyder???
I immediately bought the extended cut of BvS, thinking it would add something ‘better’, but nope. Apart from giving more screen time for HC, it didn’t make much of a difference for me. I still agree with the assessment of some critics that BvS had a lot of great concepts for 5 movies or more, but packing then into just one movie didn’t help at all.
I never liked Snyder’s choice of music for MoS or JL — none had the iconic power of John Williams’ or Danny Elfman’s music. While I like Zimmer’s work for Nolan’s Batman trilogy, I didn’t like what he did for MoS.
Not signing the petition. What for? WB will be so desperate to make money out of this movie that I’m sure they’re going to release several cuts, editions of this movie as they did for BvS. I could almost see it now:
It would be a merchandiser’s dream to package and sell this stuff.
And no doubt, I will be the absolute sucker to buy all the cuts because I’m a comic book genre geek and loves collecting this stuff

Does this Zack Snyder Cut even exist? There seems to be some doubt that it does:
https://www.gizmodo.com.au/2017/11/apparently-the-zack-snyder-justice-league-cut-fans-have-been-petitioning-for-doesnt-exist/
I recall the same thing happening for BvS. They say the extended cut had a lot more... Uhuh... It only explained the conspiracy better, but that’s it. Great way to to advertise for the different Blu-ray and various video versions that came out though.

Here's an interesting (i.e. finger pointing from the cgi folks), and they say there isn't a director's cut.

Roberto Mata is completely out of touch with reality.

I don't want to see anything Snyder made, but I want to know how much they've have changed and why. I bet Snyder's cut was awful.
On one hand, I have this petition claiming that JL isn't a Snyder film. On the other hand, I have Affleck claiming that JL is a Snyder film.
Keep in mind that I'm aware that Affleck must say that everything is perfect yada, yada.
Principal photography started mid-April 2016 and ended mid-October 2016. That's 6 months. The reshoots took 2 months. That's one-third of the principal photography. Does this mean they've changed one-third of the film?

I can't find the article anymore but I read it's a different story from Snyder. All those SM reshoots were obviously Whedon... I want to see what Snyder did with SM/HC. I want to see both extended versions from both directors. Apparently, Snyder's version was unwatchable. Because of Whedon, I actually can't wait to own JL and have seen it 3x now. Aside from horrible CGI, it was so much fun IMO. But I need to see HC's hotness in Synder's film.

I'm with @ToniTurnyne , there's no point in signing the petition cause you know they'll release the extended cut at some point (if there is one). I've yet to see JL but I'd be curious to see both cuts, just to see how they differ.
Re: MOS: I just saw it again recently and I must say its not bad. I liked the take of SM starting off as a lost soul struggling to fit into his adopted world.
It's definitely flawed. You mentioned Pa Kent saying that Clark should've let the kids drown. I think when Clark asks, What was I supposed to do, just let them die? He should've not say anything and look conflicted to reflect his dilemma. I feel like he wanted to teach him to do the right thing but he fears the reaction from others should he expose his powers to do the right thing. Which is a plausible dilemma in my opinion. There would've been news crews surrounding the Kents, next thing you know he might've been taken away by the government for testing (they were trying to go for a realistic take after all). Next thing you know we're looking at an X Men movie, lol.
But yeah I like it. I don't see the hype over Junkie XL. I never cared for his score. The BAH- BAHBAH BAH BAH BAH BAH stuff was getting annoying. I only cared for the Day Of The Dead (because it referenced What Are You Going To Do When You're Not Saving The World) and Is She With You because it introduced the WW theme.

Is too horrible. WB won't release it.
The test audiences saw ZS's cut before any reshoot.

Nothing wrong with how Snyder wanted to handle his ‘alienation’ issues. I just find he made the film too dark and angsty. Even the X-Men went through a lot more shyte than Superman — I mean just look at Nightcrawler — yet I didn’t find the X-Men movies as dark. Even Prof X would have advised his students to help people no matter what, no hesitation there from the professor. I don’t think past depictions of Jonathan Kent would have hesitated either.
I think the folks from Honest Trailers best sums up my feeling for MOS (LOL!):

Thank God though HC was very pleasing to the eye (those abssss/beefcake), otherwise, I wouldn’t have found anything to enjoy in this movie. I liked it the first time I saw it, too mesmerised by his looks. But after second viewing on Blu-Ray, I started seeing why a lot of people didn’t like it too much. A dark tone worked for Nolan’s trilogy, but I didn’t think it was appropriate for Superman.
