Usually you get through these mediocre "action"/crime movies without too much effort, but this turned out be such a longwinded snoozefest that getting through it even in small parts turned out to be a chore. I'm not entirely sure half of the movie isn't Matthew Modine holding his head while making "UNNNNGHHHHHHH" noises.
