Should I add the International Team Crews too?

Hey I want to ask because Sharknado 5: Global Swarming is a Movie where they show Sharknados on many Places around the World (like Japan, England or Germany) should I add those Producers, Directors and so on too and if yes like normal Directors and so or how would you do it? Here on IMDB they are listed for there Job in their Part of the World.

In accordance with our guidelines only if they are credited should they be added to the crew. Are these people found in the end credits of the film?

yes they are in the credits.
