Probably because the first one was terrible, I looked it up and couldn't believe that this is the third film in the series. How on Earth was there a sequel, I'll never know.
Aaron Eckhart wasn't needed as his character was clearly no longer President. But yeah, they could've tried to get Radha Mitchell back.
I also enjoyed this series, particularly the first one. But seems like Nolte and Huston are both typecasted, I'm sure I've seen them in very similar roles before.
I didn't know this was a series. (I asked a question about that here, but then found the answer in another thread.) So I went back and checked to see if I had watched/rated either Olympus or London. Turns out I gave Olympus a 4/10 and hadn't seen London. I gave this one a generous 5/10 as a popcorn flick, but I'm sure I will have forgotten it soon enou...wait, what was I talking about again?

I enjoyed both films as well. They broke out of the usual Hollywood paradigm of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy.

As Aaron Eckhart always says "You either leave a franchise or you stay long enough to see the hero become the villain".

While I liked this film, I liked the first two a lot better.
