Hello everyone,

As TMDb us getting bigger and better it’s coming to a point where my single financial contributions are coming to a peak. I am currently spending ~$315.00/mo all on my own on the 2 boxes that power TMDb. Given that this is a community driven project I am trying to strongly encouraging everyone to donate every bit they can.

I know it’s asking a lot but $5.00 can make all the difference. If 100 of you donate $5.00 a month (the amount of a cup of coffee—ok, a really nice cup of coffee) we’d be in the clear for quite some time.

With a number of larger scale apps jumping on board recently we’ve been feeling the pinch more and more and to be honest, I don’t think this is going to slow down any time soon.
