Overview
Starting in September 2005 with the first Open Movie Project “Elephants Dream”, Blender Foundation has set out to create a series of short movies. The projects aim to validate and improve the 3D open source content creation pipeline with Blender. The movies are partially financed by DVD pre-sales and the results and all artwork created for making them are released under the Creative Commons Attribution license.
